This hotel is located approximately 100 m from the beach of Calis. Fethiye is roughly 4 km from the hotel. Shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and links to the public transport network are located directly in front of the hotel. It is 3 km to Fetiye and the transfer time to Dalaman airport is around 50 minutes.

Renovated in 2005, this air-conditioned hotel comprises a 7-storey building with a total of 92 rooms as well as a garden. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, and a currency exchange desk. There is also a supermarket, TV room, a bar, a pub, a nightclub, a dining room, a games room, a playground and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants available for use. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car parking and garage facilities. Room service, laundry services and medical assistance round off the facilities on offer.
